Once again we hear that doomsday is just around the corner and that radical measures are needed to protect the world’s resources.
It’s geting worse all the time, they say.
I say:

What’s funny is that, Dr. R. Watson (World Bank Chief Scientist) says governments need to eliminate subsidies in agriculture, transportation, and energy that lead to environmental degradation (as VOA reports). At least there is someone there that does not think that government intervention can and should be the solution to all problems.
